Pan do it's job.
The performance of the SQ Professional Die-Cast Aluminium Griddle Pan is highly commendable. However, the design could be improved by modifying the handles. This isn't the first occasion that they have caused burns on my fingers when removing the pan from the stove.

I was taken by surprise when the handles and lid of the SQ Professional Die-Cast Aluminium Griddle Pan became hot. I'd recommend wearing an oven glove when using it, as caution is always better than cure.
Superior then cast-iron

I purchased the 'SQ Professional Die-Cast Aluminium Griddle Pan' as I was keen on getting a smaller version to complement my larger pot from another department store. The aesthetics and size of this pan did not disappoint, plus its non-stick feature is commendable. However, I encountered an issue with the handle covers. They are too small for this pan, making it a bit challenging to manage while cooking.
Another downside I found is the pan's cleaning process. Despite my best efforts to scrub it diligently, the rim, outer surface, and glass lid still remain sticky with stubborn grease smudges that refuse to be cleaned off. Even after placing it in the dishwasher, the problem persists. Thankfully, this does not hinder the cooking process, but admittedly, it's a tad frustrating. I will nevertheless continue my efforts to eliminate these persistent marks.
