Concerns
I've had the ASUS Chromebook 14 CX1400CMA for less than a month, and I must say, the battery life is quite disappointing. Even when the laptop is not in use, unless I power it down, the battery struggles to last for 10 hours. Another issue I encountered with this Chromebook is the constant Wi-Fi connection problems. I had to reset the laptop multiple times as it kept losing its connection. It's quite frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of an important task. Additionally, the price of this Chromebook is quite high considering the limited hard disk space it offers. I was expecting more for the price I paid.
Overall, I must admit that this ASUS Chromebook 14 is not quite living up to my expectations. While some users may find it suitable for their needs, I personally feel that it falls short in terms of battery life and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Should You Buy?

Good Laptop for Everyday Use.
The ASUS Chromebook 14 CX1400CMA aroused my initial hesitations, particularly concerning its compatibility with external displays. However, after procuring an HDMI to USB-C adaptor, the laptop performed admirably. It is a remarkable device for menial tasks, and with an abundant selection of applications, including Microsoft Teams, the Chromebook is invaluably worth the price tag, made especially appealing through the Prime Day Sale.
ASUS Chromebook 14: Outstanding Value
When I purchased the ASUS Chromebook 14 CX1400CMA, I was only expecting a low end duel-core Celeron running Chrome OS. To my pleasant surprise, I found a great value for my money and an incredibly fast and light-weight machine with an impressive battery life. I have been able to do everything I need similarly as I would with a more expensive laptop. I am definitely happy with my purchase, and could not ask for a better machine!

ASUS Chromebook 14 - Solid Laptop.
I purchased the ASUS Chromebook 14 CX1400CMA for my granddaughter, and the results have been truly remarkable. She was formerly relying on her smartphone to complete her homework assignments, but since bringing this laptop into her life her enthusiasm for her schoolwork has grown exponentially. She loves the Chromebook, and it's been a great investment in her educational future.

I got this Asus Chrombook 14 for my wife to watch iPlayer, Netflix and so on. She loves it cuz the picture quality is awesome and the sound quality is perfect for close viewin'. For this kind of simple use, this cheap Chromebook realy is great value.

ASUS Chromebook 14: Battery Life a Disappointment
Having employed this ASUS Chromebook 14 CX1400CMA for less than a month, it is clear that its battery struggles to last more than 10 hours - even if left idle - unless powered down. Such an impressive benchmark for battery life is only achieved if the device is used for upwards of 3 hours, upon which the battery will require immediate recharging. On the other hand, the picture quality is notably strong and the device performs admirably. Unfortunately, this is let down by the poor battery life.

ASUS Chromebook 14: Impressed with Performance.
I got this Chromebook to replace my Dell 'cos it got broken. The setup was easy and the sound and screen, plus speed, are all better than my old one. You do need a g-mail account, but if you're new to it, just get someone to help. Don't take note of the bad reviews, it ain't touch screen - which I don't want. It turns on really fast which is great and there's lotsa stuff you can store on it like Amazon Prime and YouTube channels. You don't really need Bluetooth but for the security people out there it's extra secure. All in all, it's way better than my old one and so inexpensive. You could pay way more and get something worse. Highly recommend it.

I got this Chromebook a few days ago and it's been amazing. The screen is amazing and the graphics are really good. The volume is great, you don't have to have it on max volume to hear what people are saying on shows - which I have had to do before with laptop. Delivery was also really fast - thanks a lot.
