Concerns
The GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop Windows 10 Intel Celeron 4GB RAM AC Wi-Fi 64GB eMMC may seem like a bargain for people looking for excellent value usable technology, but there are some major drawbacks that should not be overlooked. While the laptop is slim and lightweight and pre-loaded with Windows 10 Pro, the 64GB eMMC storage cannot support larger applications or installations. User reviews have mentioned that it is difficult to update the Windows 10 after a few days of usage, and requires an uninstall of programs just to complete the update. Additionally, others have mentioned that it can suffer from blue tints on the screen, and that they had to purchase multiple iterations of the laptop just to find one without the problem.
The laptop may be well suited for casual use such as web browsing, streaming apps, and basic word processing, but users expecting higher quality and reliability should review other options. The GeoBook is limited and can result in hassle due to the small storage size and potential screen tints, which would make it a risky choice for those looking for long-term usability and less of a risk-reward purchase.
Should You Buy?
Taking into account the positives and negatives of the GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch laptop, it is an excellent option if someone is looking for excellent value and usable technology, with a minor compromise on quality. This laptop is powered by an Intel Celeron processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB eMMC storage, meaning portability is not compromised on size, as well as enhanced productivity and security features with Windows 10 Pro pre-loaded. However, users should be aware of the drawbacks of this laptop, particularly the difficulty to update the Windows 10, potential screen tints, and the small storage size that cannot support larger applications or installations.
Overall, the GeoBook 2E is a good choice for users who are comfortable taking a minor risk with less known brands, and want an affordable and capable computer, that is ready to use out of the box. While the laptop is not suitable for high-end applications and gaming, users can confidently rely on the laptop to deliver reliable quality and performance for web browsing, streaming apps, and basic word processing.

Sweet Deal: Big Screen Laptop for Small Price!
This GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop Windows 10 Intel Celeron 4GB RAM AC Wi-Fi 64GB eMMC is an absolute steal for £99. Perfect for kids to use for homework, photo editing and general browsing. The slim and light design is rock solid, and MicroSD expansion is great bonus. The laptops are super easy to set up and Windows works perfectly. I purchased two myself for my kids and they love them. Although I must note that I read reviews of the Windows 11 upgrade not working - so you may want to find a way to disable it. All in all, a great device.
GeoBook Laptop--For Linux.
I got this GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop Windows 10 Intel Celeron 4GB RAM AC Wi-Fi 64GB eMMC and it was awesome. Didn't even let Windows 10 install. Put a USB Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon stick the right USB port and pressed DEL, went to BIOS and selected the Linux stick. It booted perfectly and installed without any issues. Everything works good, except the SD card reader, but it's okay. Really happy with this buy.

Powered by Windows 10 operating system and equipped with powerful Intel Celeron processing, this laptop guarantees rapid and efficient performance. GeoBook 2E Awesome!
With blazing quick start-up times of only 20 seconds to reach the login screen and 30 seconds to the desktop, the GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop Windows 10 Intel Celeron 4GB RAM AC Wi-Fi 64GB eMMC is great for those who need it for everyday tasks like email, streaming apps, and browsing. The screen does not suffer from the blue tint reported by others, and the battery life provides around 5+ hours of intensive use. The laptop is lightweight, though it is a bit heavier on the left side due to the battery, and the keyboard is solid. It also runs a 128 GB SD card without any problems. The only downside is that the 64GB eMMC HDD is very small, and after a few days a system update can require programs to be uninstalled in order to proceed with the update. However, it is possible to transfer documents and other movable programs to the SD card and keep the HDD free. All in all, it performs quicker than models I have seen which are five times the price, and if it had a larger hard drive, it would get a 5-star rating without question. It is definitely a bargain.
GeoBook 2E: Epic Laptop
I got two of these but the first 2 had problems so I returned them. The replacement is great. Works well and I'd definitely recommend it.
GeoBook 2E 12.
I love this laptop - it was recommended by my IT tutor. She said she wouldn't recommend paying more than £300 for it, but that her friend had gotten one and when she saw it and had a play with it, she couldn't believe how good it was. I have an older laptop which is sometimes quite slow, and I really wanted to replace it. So, I had a look on Amazon and ordered this one. It said it would take 3-4 days to deliver, but it came in less than 16 hours. It was well packaged too, so it was very easy to set up. I'm bowled over with it. I use a remote mouse as I still can't really get used to the touchpad. For the money, this laptop is perfect, especially if you're new to computing.
Good Buy Cheap.
For a mere £99.99, my expectations for the GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop, running Windows 10 Education and powered by an Intel Celeron as well as 4GB RAM and AC Wi-Fi, were pleasantly surpassed. The exterior of this device has a robust yet tactile matte rubber finish that gives it an alluring, quality feel.
However, the most notable difference between the Ed variant and the Pro is the lack of Cortona, and this may explain why the GeoBook 2E's astoundingly low price. The 64GB eMMC storage (which the promotional material lists) is a misleading detail - upon boot-up, the available storage was only 46GB, which, after I updated Win10, was reduced further to 10GB. Thus, should you wish to store any hefty amounts of data on the laptop, you'll need to invest in additional hardware.
The audio is slightly tinny and may be improved by investing in a better pair of headphones, and the USB connectors are inconveniently located opposite each other - making it impractical to charge any device which requires two USB ports. It did however pick up the Wi-Fi effortlessly and the charger supplied is of an ample length.
In summary, this laptop is excellent value for money when considering its portability and credentials for basic word processing. It would make an ideal laptop for students, but limited storage may be a stumbling block. All things considered, it's a superb little machine.
Impressive Value: GeoBook 2E 12.5-inch Laptop
For less than £100 I can browse the internet, watch SkyGo, and pick up emails. The screen looks great quality and real clear. Why only 4 stars? Well, it's a bit slow, and although it does what I need it to do, I know it couldn't be pushed past its limits. Storage space is a bit on the low side too, though you can compensate by using an SD card. All in all, it's a good bargain for the price considering the limits.
